Southridge Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee must approve plans for decks, porches, pools, ponds, major landscaping and exterior improvements prior to work taking place. Please provide a copy of the plans and notification that a permit has been applied for to any one of the Architectural Committee members. The turn-around time is typically 48 to 72 hours.
